This month, Mountaintop Consulting has officially been in business for 15 years. That time has brought an amazing, and humbling, amount of growth:

• We grew from a two-person shop to a team of 15 full-time employees and strategic partners.
• We moved offices to accommodate our growing team – a few times. We currently reside in downtown Houston in the Esperson building.
• We streamlined our focus to help 1) build better leaders and rainmakers, and 2) cultivate stronger teams through a mix of training, coaching, impactful leadership offsites, and strategic planning. 
• We fine-tuned delivering coaching, training, and strategy sessions virtually, which has allowed us to expand our impact to industry leaders across the US, Europe, and Asia.

There have been many great milestones over the years, but the ultimate highlight continues to be the success of our clients. For our team, nothing is more fulfilling than helping individuals "take it the next level," as they define it.
